Breathing Techniques
Longevity Breathing techniques involve whole-body, continuous and relaxed inhale-exhale cycles. Longevity Breathing techniques were designed millennia ago in ancient China to help people release toxins stored deep inside their body, wake them up, make their body conscious and strengthen their insides. Breathing is one of the easiest methods for unifying your body into one coherent whole.

Breathing Techniques for Stress Relief
Breathing techniques have been used since the dawn of time in every genuine tradition to help people go inside themselves for stress relief and spiritual development as one of two basic metronomes of the human body (the other being blood). The breath provides an access point for tapping into the body and its functions to become aware of what is inside you. Longevity Breathing is a practical method for modern people with busy lives since there aren’t any complex forms or sets to learn in order to go internal and quickly obtain some level of relaxation.
Practised alone, Longevity Breathing can be done lying down, sitting, standing, moving or during activities where you interact with others, such as talking or sparring. It can be used to increase your overall health and vitality by fine-tuning and improving most bodily systems. These include the cardiovascular, digestive, nervous and cerebrospinal systems.

Longevity Breathing: A Continuous Flow
From the start you go directly inside your body. With practise and over time, you mold your breathing in specific ways to bring oxygen to every part of your body, and where there is oxygen there is life. Longevity Breathing techniques do not involve starts or stops or holding of the breath, as common in other breathing programs. Continuous, calm breathing keeps the body at ease and counters stress responses—whether physical, emotional or mental.
Along with improving oxygenation of your body, Longevity Breathing techniques also give your internal organs an effective yet gentle massage. This helps maintain elasticity and range of motion necessary for optimal functioning of your vital organs throughout your lifetime.
Breathing Techniques for Relaxation
Breathing well is one of the most important determinants to your health. At first you can practise for just minutes at a time and, eventually, you can bring whole-body, continuous and relaxed breathing to your life all day every day.
